What can pdl's do if payments aren't made?

The second is Checkmate with a loan amount of $360.00. I have paid a total of $120.00 so far. If anyone could give me some advice on what I could do, I'd greatly appreciate it.

If you have been paying on these since June and the balance has not come down, then you are paying back rollover fees, I'm not sure what the laws are in your state for payday lending, but since you said they are storefront, then they could take you to court to try and get a judgement against you.

I received a 'loan' from Little Loan Shoppe. I did this via the web. It's getting more difficult to make their payments, as well. I live in PA. I know ALOT of PDL's are illegal in the state of PA, but...I just don't know which ones. I've tried to call..however, I never get someone 'live'. It's getting frustrating.

Wisconsin does allow rollovers. The OP needs to either pay it off or atleast put an additional $25 or $50 towards the principle each time they rollover the account. I am not sure if these 2 stores use small claims, but that is an option for them.
