Has anyone ever experience not re-paying back a loan. Say for instance you close the account that the loan was deducting fees from. What happen then. Do they try to garnish your wages or does it go on your credit. I am talking about for online loans particularity paydayone.com

Shazzers is right in general, but Payday One is NOT a typical payday lender at least in their collection tactics. Very easy to work with compared to the rest of the online lenders, tiffany. Just call them and they are usually pretty reasonable.

I don't know that I found PayDayOne EASIER to work with than the other legal online lenders but they will work with you. They also will report to the credit bureau-they are on my Transunion report.
