Fax Numbers/Addresses of PDL Companies for C&D letters

I've just started up with PDL Assistance (before anyone asks I have no intention of settling anything myself unless something drastically wrong occurs) and am wondering if anybody has addresses and fax numbers for the following companies for the intention of mailing and/or faxing cease and desist orders, I'd rather find out here than be grilled about when I'm paying my loan back when I call their collection depts:

There are more, but these are the ones who have contacted me.
On a side note - when I told some of these companies that I was dealing with PDL Assistance, they told me that they didn't deal with third party consolidation companies. I relayed this to PDL, and they said the companies were just saying that to get me to settle with them and that they really would work with them. Anyone have more insight on this?
