Can a payday loan company make up check numbers to get money out of your account at the bank without your permission? Please give advice.


Yes, they will try lots of things, and if you do not stay on top of it they will get away with it. That is why we tell you the best thing to do is send them the letters revoking ACH authorization, that you shut down your old account and open a new on not linked to the old in any way.. You will need to dispute the charge with your bank, have your already revoked ACH authorization?

Yeah...HelpinAZ is right. Close down your old bank account immediately and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t share any personal information with your lenders.

They will do whatever it takes to get money out of your account, and hope that you won't do anything to fight it. Go TODAY to start a new year with a new bank account.
