I'm sure someone with "know how" will be along to help, but you might be able to take care of the PDLs yourself. Please list the PDL companies, the amount you borrowed from each one, how much you've paid back, and what State you live in.

i agree, list the information and we can help. i came here also asking that same question and it turns out my loans were not legal and i overpaid! that was over a year ago, i am payday loan free and this board literally changed my life.

I agree with bea2ls, I am new and just started, but I am feeling so much better with my life. I have bad days but I am taking control. One step at a time. Give them a chance to see if they can help you.

Most of us have "been there and done that" and with the help of this great site have taken care of the PDL mess ourselves. Please provide the info above and let the people here give you a hand!
