Has anyone heard of PDL Consolidation?

I think if you have overpaid your pdl bills then the best way to get rid off them is either through debt settlement or debt management program. The best way is to negotiate with the pdl vendors and settle the debt as you have overpaid them.

But before doing anything, please tell us in which state you reside because pdl laws vary from state to state.

I live in TN and have too many PDL's I can't pay my bills. I'm so stressed and need to get these things under control. I want to consolidate but read some PDL's won't work with you and they still debit your account each week.

With a little work you won't have to consolidate your PDL's. You can get rid of them yourself. If you will list your PDL's, how much you borrowed, the amount you have paid back (even it's just the refinance/extension fee), and the state you're in, we can help you. We will also need to know if you are dealing with internet PDL or storefront. There is a ton of helpful information on this board from letters to strategy that will help you. I did it and you can too! Start with the information above and you will be out of the PDL cycle before you know it. Good luck!

I live in Nevada and have two payday loans through rapid cash. One for 647.00 and the other for 890.00 (this is the remaining amount) I paid one off originally and immediately got another one, seems like it's a never ending cycle. I have paid about 600 total on both of them. It is a store not internet. I called pdl assistance and they told me to put a stop payment on my checks to them (they are due to be cashed this sat the 15th) and i may have to report my debit card lost and get a new one if rapid cash photocopied my current one. Is this legal for me to do and is pdl assistance a legit company to try and use to work off my payday loans from rapid cash? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just need to get out from under them and i'm barely keeping my head above water here.
