The next time when they call you, make sure to negotiate with them for a settlement so that it becomes easier for you to pay off the loan. If the payday lender agrees to it, then you can ask them to give you the offer in writing so that in case of any issues, you can show it to them. Once you get a settlement agreement, the payday lenders will stop harassing you.

3)amount paid or debited before default
4)internet or storefront
5)state you are in

above all else do not talk to these people at work.tell them you can't take anymore calls.then hang up.repeat as needed.

I refuse to answer my phone when they call my cell phone. I get numerous calls from them but they aren't going to get a response from me. Especially when they are very hard to understand. It may be that you have to have your personal number changed eventually. That is what I am getting ready to do.
