What if a pdl never contacts for paymet

I have a couple payday loans out there and in order for me to survive financially and be able to pay my regular bills I had to close my acct and open a new one so I wouldn't be paying $1000 a month in fees. However, since doing this the PDLs have not contacted me for payment. Now, most of these are all illegal (bestchoice123.com, USFastCash, PlainGreen, and a couple others). So since they have not contacted me, should I contact them or wait for them to contact me? Any advice? I don't want to "take" their money but I don't want to get stuck with fees either.

Did you do ACH and wage
Did you do ACH and wage assignemnt revocations??? How long ago did you close your accounts?
ACH and Wage Assigments for one only
Yes I definitely did ACH revokation and wage assignments with bestchoice123.com because they are illegal and from St Charles, Nevis I believe. I didn't do it yet for UsFastCash, should I send them that request as well...It has only been about a month since I closed my most recent account that UsFastCash and bestchoice123.com had access to.
