If the money has been debited by the pdl company from your checking account, then they can't file a lawsuit against you for non-payment of the dues. You must have documents stating that money has been debited from your account by the pdl company. Show those documents to Patrick Stoner and your pdl company and ask them to withdraw the court case. I have recently had a bout with them myself. Tell them your going to pay what your morally owe(the amount borrowed) and not a penny more. Your probably going to have to contact your bank and explain the situation, and have an account number change or simply close that account all together. Good luck with them, and be firm.
