I have been having money taken out my checking account to pay off a $200 loan. Now I just receive a call from a Patrick Stoner saying I am getting sued by this company for non- payment of loan?

Whats up? Could someone give me some answers.

Sue:confused:

If the money has been debited by the pdl company from your checking account, then they can't file a lawsuit against you for non-payment of the dues. You must have documents stating that money has been debited from your account by the pdl company. Show those documents to Patrick Stoner and your pdl company and ask them to withdraw the court case. You can even take the help of an attorney in this matter.

There is goodnews for you! PDLNOW is not a licensed lender anywhere in the United States. Their ploy of having someone say their going to sue you is a attempt to scare and pressure you into paying. I have recently had a bout with them myself. Tell them your going to pay what your morally owe(the amount borrowed) and not a penny more. Your probably going to have to contact your bank and explain the situation, and have an account number change or simply close that account all together. Good luck with them, and be firm. They bossed me around until I learned of this site and now, I have dropped them like a bad habit
