I live in Kentucky and thanks to this wonderful site and the wonderful people on it I am fighting through the process of getting out from under the PDL nightmare.

I have already sent my letters, put a hard ACH hold on my checking account and filled out complaint forms with Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions. The KDFI send a C&D letter to each company but I am sure they will ignore it.

I have a couple of PIFs already but I am still listening to voicemails from others. I am trying to get three companies ( payday-loan-yes, eastside lenders and 500FastCash)to mark my account PIF and several others to give me refunds. I know it is a long shot but I am trying.

Can anyone provide info on the bank and/or ach processor for these companies:

Eastside Lenders
500FastCash
Payday-Loan-Yes
Geneva Roth Capital dba Loanpoint USA
USFastCash
DollarQuick
M1Y Direct

If I could get a refund from all of these it would be over $5,000.

Thank you

I can't close my account until they stop trying to debit it. If I close the account it no longer has the ACH hard block and if a transaction comes through it reopens the account and charges me OD fees on top of the transaction.

It has been more than a month since my letters went out to them and they are still trying to debit my account.

I am sorry but you should have never sent letters out to them until your account was closed, they will do everything they can think of to steal your money. You need to go to the bank, speak directly to your branch manager, bring along copies of the letters you sent to each payday lender (hopefully with the date you sent them) that states you have revoked their rights to debit your account, and ask that these debit amounts be reversed due to the fact these lenders were receiving money from your account after the revoke went into affect.

Please understand that your account will NEVER be safe again, so closing it is your only option. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

The link says close your checking account and if you can't have the hard block put on it. That is what I did. It then says to send out the letters. That is what I did.

I followed the information on here since the begining of December. I tried to close my account but PNC reopens it if a transactions comes through within 30 days. I did speak directly to a branch manager, as the link you provided said, and got the ACH hard hold put on the account and PNC reversed two rounds of ACH debits for me (over $1,000) so I did not really lose any money.

I have a new accout and I will close my account when I am able but if I do it now and something comes through it will reopen and the ACH hard hold will not be on the account. I am doing all I can do about my bank account.

PNC Bank did not even ask for proof that I had revoked ACH agreements. They took my word for it and reversed the debits and all overdraft charges that they caused too.

By the way, if you are searching for processor information you might want to read through the thread at the link below, there were some members who posted a list of processors here and there throughout that thread:

You might also try doing a search of this site by typing in "processors" into the search box located in the upper right hand corner of this forum.

Well the help from this site and a little hard work on my part, I finally got confirmation on my first refund. I had overpaid Dollarquick and after they got the letter from the Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions they called and offered me $918 and a PIF to settle. I will be happier when I get it but today has been a good day. Thank you to everyone who has posted on this site before me to give me the knowledge to do this.

I am still trying to find processor information for M1Y Direct or M1Y Marketing. Has anyone delt with this company? I have overpaid them about 5X what I borrowed.

I also live in KY. Is anybody having any luck getting storefronts to give you any kind of EPP? I can't close my acct since it is also connected with my business. I've considered doing the loan consolidation - but Langhorne doesn't do anything but internet & Town & Country isn't doing business in KY. PDL assistance has gotten some bad reviews - so I don't know about them. So far I've only defaulted with Casshland - haven't heard from collections yet. I am literally scared to death - as hubby knows none of this. I just want my life back!!!!!!
