So I sent off my PDL revocation letters last night, and as of this morning, I have not yet heard from any of them, but when trying to log into my accounts, 3 out of the 4 have flagged my accounts to contact them. I know that I should not do this, so I will patiently wait for their emailed response. I have also already closed the account that was associated with them, opened a new account and made sure that the accounts are not linked in any way. I will keep this updated with any information that I receive! Thanks so much to these forums for their assistance and advise! I was so stressed out but now am feeling empowered! I know that I'm in control and it's on my terms, not theirs! Lesson learned...unfortunately the hard way :(

It is a hard lesson but remember we have all been there and are here if you need any more help. Hang in there and good luck to you!

Just tried to log onto 4th account and it had been flagged to contact them to make a payment. I'm assuming they tried to take a payment from closed account and when it failed they flagged it. My question is, will they be able to access my new account? I made sure at the bank that the new and old account were not linked together in any way. I read a previous post that Mobiloans was able to withdrawal money from a new account after ACH revocation was sent.

Did you give your bank copy of ACH revocation? If so, if lender is able to withdraw, the bank is responsible for reimbursing your money. It sounds as if your account should be secure.

that's partially because the person didn't take all the steps needed to totally secure the account.see the manager only when you do this.that way the account is closed/secured.

Account was closed and secured properly and they were not able to withdrawal any funds. When logging onto accounts it says to contact them for payment arrangement. I will not be doing this and will be sending ach revocation letters again. Thanks for all your help :)
