Can anyone tell me where to go to see if a specific PDL is licensed in my state?

If its storefront it will be legal and licensed. And internet pd

If its storefront it will be legal and licensed. And internet pdls loans are not legal in KY so they would not be licensed.

Legal PDL's in KY

How or why would they make loans via internet to people in KY if they aren't legal. It seems like that would give people a loop hole in getting out of paying them their money?

To verify their license check with you states DFI.
