Slow Progress, but its progress!

I finally bit the bullet and started the EPP/Default process. This is what I've worked out so far.
EZMoney: I revoked ACH and the payment "came back today" so she called to tell me they will let me make payments of whatever amont I can every payday until the balance (with no more interest) is paid off. AWESOME. Its about $1215.
Check N Go: Takes 60 days to officially be in default and be able to speak with collections. I revoked my ACH and made a payment of $50 9/21. The small payment will be an "arrangment" so they don't make collections calls. I'm hoping to get a settlement offer after I get to collections and split that into 4 payments. Right now my balance is $1750.
Check Into Cash: Set up the EPP, 1 payment made of $132, 3 payments remaining.
Quick Cash: Set up the EPP, 1 payment made of $81 (monthly payments) 3 remaining.
Advance America: I will set up the EPP 10/5, they won't let you set it up on any day other than the due date. It'll be 4 payments of $134.
CashNetUSA: They won't set up any arrangements, my payments are $129 every payday. You have to mail in your ACH revoke so I didn't have time before this past payday, so I'll be sending that out today or tomorrow so I can force it to collections and possibly set up some arrangement. They don't seem to willing to help with installment loans. Balance right now is about $830.
Kash Kwik: They will allow payments of any amount I can make but the balance of $600 needs to be paid off by 10/31. If I can get it down to about $250, the guy in the store said he can work with me on the remaining amount.
The Loan Machine: I had a balance of $3500 (on a $3000 loan after making 6 months of $500 payments) I got a settlement (without defaulting) so I pay $250 a month on a balance of $3000 with no more interest. I have made 2 payments, balance is now $2500.
Title Max: Just gotta keep up with the payments until I can get it paid off, this one is most important so I don't lose my car. (STUPID STUPID STUPID) Balance is about $4500. Worst decision of my life.
Anyone who is wanting to know how to get out of their legal loans, if you can't set up an EPP you really have no other option than to default and set up alternative arrangements. When someone tells you that, please listen! I could've had my situation under control MONTHS ago, but I was too scared.
