JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF I TOOK OUT LOANS IN GA, OVER THE INTERNET ARE THEY LEGAL AND DO I HAVE TO PAY THEM BACK?

They are not licensed lender. You are required to pay them only the principal balance. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
