I have two PDL's and want to know if they are legal in Texas...

SpotLoan and Bottom Dollar PDL?

respond to spotloan this way.

since the contract is void as it is tribal.i paid 816.56 on that 600.00 loan, and therefore either expect a PIF or a refund of 216.56.thinking i owe anything is an insult to my intelligence.

respond that way.they think you are stupid, and you should be outraged.

Just an update...these folks accepted my ACH revocation, emailed me back that my account is considered "PAID IN FULL". I am awaiting a response to when I can expect my refund...but atleast they wont be taking from me anymore...slight victory...total victory when I get my refund.

if they did they wouldn't be lending in the first place.they will lie, threaten, and fight you.just know you are owed money.so push for refunds.

Bottom Dollar - borrowed $500, have paid back $725 to date.

Spot Loan - borrowed $600, have paid back $816.56.

I will be sending the ACH revocation letter posted on this forum this morning and requesting a refund. Does anyone know if these two lenders adhere to the rules?
