I live in Georgia and have 3 pdl's in Tennessee. I understand it is not legal in Georgia but it is in Tennessee. Can I get out of these loans?

Who are the loans with? - How much borrowed and How Much paid.. Did you drive across state line to do loans or are they internet?

Since these loans have originated from Tennessee, so in this case they are legal. You owe both the principal and interest. Try to negotiate with your lenders and set up a payment arrangement with them.
