I had 4 pay day loans with the following companies:
Lakota Cash
American Web Loan
extra cash live
Advantage Cash

on 10-18/2012 I did the 5 steps listed, closed bank account, sent the an email informing them of that my state(PA) prohibits PDL's and that all ACH will be revocted. and as of present day only 1 PDL (Lakota Cash) is still trying to collect, I have been a loyal customer for a long time they have gotten a pretty penny out of me ILLEGALY!, However they're still tyring to contact me via mail ,phone call etc. they sent me a letter stating;

As of today's date, your loan with Lakota Cash remains in a delinquent status. We encourage you to contact us to work out a satisfactory repayment plan. We are willing to set up a plan that will work for you and are very sympathetic to any credit needs you are currently experiencing.

You must contact Lakota Cash to make arrangements for payment of your loan. If you do not contact us within 10 days receipt of this notice, we will begin the process of further collection including but not limited to Tribal mediation or bringing suit in Cheyenne River Sioux Tribal Court to collect your note, court filing fees, and other costs. Please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements for payment.

We at Lakota Cash are committed to helping and working with our customers. Please contact us at 866-971-4477 M-F 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM MT to set up a payment arrangement

Should I be concerned? what should I do? Also can loans in default get put on my credit? please help!

No need to get worked up over this. Let it be and ignore the calls/emails. If you are feeling vengeful, file complaints with the AG and the FTC.
PDLs usually do not get anywhere near your credit report.

Just a little info.....Lakota Cash is owned by Martin Webb (Western Sky Financial) and is a party in the FTC lawsuit. Not sure how Lakota Cash collects but Western Sky turns over to Cash Call who supposedly "services" the loan but in all reality treats it as though they are the lender and it eventually gets turned over to Delbert Services Corporation, owned by Paul Reddam who owns Cash Call, for collection. Cash Call does report these illegal loans on your credit report and I have yet to find someone who successfully got them off of the credit report. You might want to check to see if Lakota Cash is on your credit report. Make sure to send them a C&D letter as well as a revocation of wage assignment which is usually burried somewhere in the contract you electronically sign. Make sure you give a copy to your payroll department as well because they have a history of trying to illegally garnish wages with a tribal court order (see the FTC complaint). Hope this helps!

did you revoke any wage assignments?lakota is known for trying that.if you haven't given a revocation letter to your payroll person do so.then they will have no way of getting anything further.
