So I posted that I plan on sending them a refund request pretty much everyday as I over paid but close to $1200 and this is the response I got today.

Send them an email (cs at rbtloans dot com) stating as much and

Send them an email (cs at rbtloans dot com) stating as much and they should contact you back with a "settled" letter. They did me when I first spelled this all out. Now I am just trying to get a refund. (Not holding my breath but it does give me some satisfaction to send out the email daily)
