i need to find out if payday-loan-yes is a legal lender in maryland. i have been getting harrassing calls from them at my job, and today i got one saying that i have a court hearing on tuesday. i'm not sure what i should do.

payday loan yes is not legal anywhere.if you have paid the principle in fees then you owe nothing more.this place loves to use illegal tactics.don't believe a word of it.file AG cmplaints against them asap.by the way.pdl's are prohibited in MD.look at the fifth sticky in this particular forum on how to deal with illegal lenders.
