All your store fronts are legal. If you have not defaulted, and they are members of the cfsa you can go in to each store a day prior to your due date and request the EPP. Extended payment plan. This allows you to pay off in 4 installments with no added interest

Cash Transfer Centers is not licensed/legal anywhere .They are not located in the US.
For the others go to the BBB web site and see if they hold licenses to lend in CA. Someone may come along who knows , but off hand I do not.

Just thought I would point out that it was originally believed that California Budget Finance was not a member of the CFSA, as when I first needed help, no one could find information for them.

Just to let you know, that when I went in and paid off my loan with them 2 weeks ago, I saw that they do indeed have CFSA information posted. So if you find yourself in a situation that you want to invoke the EPP, you are able to at this storefront.

Thanks for the valuable information.
I will use the EPP if there a member of the cfsa.

Hello again,
I just received a call in reference to Arrowhead & Power Funding. Both loans were for $300 each and I've paid $90 since Oct. 07 until March 08. I sent them a letter in March telling them that I had overpaid them and that I wasn't giving them another penny. Well, the call today is stating that I owe a total of $1080.00. What do I do now?

$1,080.00? I'm dying here! They are insane! Do not take their calls. You did send the letter to them, correct? You can do all communicating through email or USPS. They know where you stand on this. Have you filed complaints against these guys with the government agencies yet?

I have a payday loan with ameriloan. It is for 300.00 I have had it since september 19th. I have been paying 90.00 every other week since. I called them to see If I could take the total and divide by 4 and pay them off. They told me that I have to be in collection status in order to do that. So I went to my bank and stopped them from collecting. Well they used a different ID number and still collected there fee. So I called them back and the would not let me talk to a supervisor or collections and they hung up on me 3 times. I heard that they might not be licenced if that is true do I only have to pay them the principle. If so I have already payed them 360.00. They want to debit my account on November 14th for 90.00 plus 50.00. Does that fifty really go towards the paydown or are the going to rip me off. Help please..I live in Utah.

They are an illegal un-licensed internet payday loan company. I just finished dealing with them. I borrowed $600 and paid back $1185. I closed my bank account (with a hard freeze) and sent them a C & D letter. I then filed complaints with the BBB, FTC,AG and my Department of Financial Institutions. I settled with them through the BBB. I did not get the refund I wanted but my account is PIF and they are out of my life. Good luck to you.
