i have 3 payday loans. i live in pa. i know my state says i have to follow lenders states rules. but does this mean that state can garnish my wages if that state allows it. or if that state considers closing a bank account illegal am i in trouble. my payday loan companies are payday one in texas. united cash loans ok. and 500 fast cash where i have yet to get an address to sent money nor have the contacted me . i took the loan out in oct of 08. i have payed payday one 120 on a 500 loan. united cash loans i just got their address and sent them 20 dollars. that's all i had. any help on thosv questions would be a help

PA is a non-garnishment state. Even if they got a judgment they still have to follow PA's laws to enforce the judgment. And PA only allows execution on property not wage assignments. And if you own property jointly with a spouse that can't be touched in PA unless the spouse is named in the judgment, too. By the way, property would include joint bank accounts, etc., not just real estate.
