hello, welcome. please do not take another loan out, it will not help you. i see there is a lot of illegal loans that you have and you have already overpaid.. so that should help your burden to take care of the ones that you owe.
i would check the sticky about closing your bank account and make sure it is secured asap.

Definetly don't take out anymore. Read the sticky about dealing with illegal loans. The first thing you have to do is close your bank account and take back control of your money. Then you can take a deep breath and figure out a way out of this. Do not tell any of them that you are going to close your account before you do it though.
On your list PayDayOne and CashNetUSA are going to be legal. A few of the others are illegal although I am not sure on others. After you get your account closed you can work out payment arrangemens with th elegal lenders.

Ameriloan, US Fast Cash, and United Cash loans are all illegal and have no license to lend. So you only owe the principal amount borrowed with no interest or fees.
So with what you have already paid to all three of these you have overpaid them.
Oh and Americash Advance is also illegal.
How are they illegal? I just talk with the PA banking commission
How are they illegal? I just talk with the PA banking commission (can't remember, the number was listed here somewhere on this site) and they told me that yes they were illegal in PA, but they are out of state so I am still bound to the agreement, interest and all and that after closing my account I would need to make arrangements for paying back according to the agreement. What now?
Oh I did call my branch manager about closing my account and to guarantee that nothing would be processed they would put a lost/stolen clause in my closed account.
All of your info here has been really helpful. But I am more confused now than before. I want to pay my loans back, but I can't do it by taking out more loans.
Thoughts...suggestions...
RE: REFUND YOURSELF THROUGH AN ACH CLAIM WITH YOUR BANK
Not only are most of or all of your loans illegal, but the huge overpayments are also obvious.
Go to your bank and file an ACH Claim against that transaction. It will take 5 - 7 working days for the bank to investigate and reverse the amount. If Norstar / Nordstar will not answer your calls nor emails, I doubt if they'll answer a claim from the bank on your behalf. You can also do that if you feel that you've over-paid them based on the payday loan laws in your state. Also, you can place an hard-hold on your account and block ALL ACH transactions. I also suggest that you place an "Block All Debits" on your account; If you can, just close your account as a lost /stolen checks, checks info and debit card; Just open a new account, even at the same bank or a different bank.

You may have spoken with someone unfamiliar with payday lender laws. You are only obligated to pay back the principal amount you borrowed, less whatever payment you have already made. Your state law prevails, you are not a resident of the state these pdl's may or may not be licensed in. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

Okay. Now how do I find out which ones are legal/illegal? For the illegal ones I pay the principle back, but how do I handle the legal transactions and their interest charges? I'm sorry to ask so many questions and want specifics, but I am going out of my mind . . . this has me so stressed that I can't think straight.
If you are a resident of PA and you took out the loans after 2/1
If you are a resident of PA and you took out the loans after 2/1/09, they are ALL illegal.
