Here is a website that I found in my travels doing some heavy reasearch for my problem. It's the Internet Crime Complaint Center which is actually a partner of the FBI. Washington state recommended that people vicitimized by these illegal pay day loan vendors go here to register a complaint and even though I am in PA they are illegal here as well. I wanted to give everyone a chance to make their voice heard so here you go!

I have heard of the IC3 but I am not sure how illegal payday lending could be considered under the ambit of cybercrime.
