PDL Changing Personal Information
Date: Sat, 09/20/2008 - 13:06
Question, has anyone changed the personal information on an internet PDL. If I log on and change the personal information such as the phone numbers, do they keep track of previous entries.
On one that I have that could default they have my desk phone and my bosses direct line. Nothing else that I am aware of. I logged on and changed the phone numbers slightly, I assume thats not going to work in preventing them from calling me.
Thanks

Don't know who your PDL is with, Depends how advanced their system is setup. I would think they save changed info, otherwise any defaulted customer could simply change their address/phone/job info and never be found again.
The account servicing program my company uses does log any changes to a customer account. If I were to change any information about the customer (name/addr/phone/job/etc), our system will make a note on the customer's account and then store the "old" information for future reference.
