I am getting multiple calls from PH&R and another call claiming to be a Investigator saying he's coming to my home or work in 48 hours to serve me. Is this another company like Audobon Financial trying to collect on an old, bought out debt???

Do not worry, you are not on "the most wanted list." No, obviously they think you are an idiot. Who calls and tells someone they are about to be served and/or arrested? No one, that is who. I posted detail info earlier on what I did (sorry about the typos), to get these people to stop. Start by recording everything. If you don't answer the phone, still keep a log of incoming calls. I forgot to mention they also call illegaly outside of normal business hours, so make sure you have proof of the time. Call the agencies I have listed. Hang in there!

Do not give in or any info to these people. They are illegal on so many fronts. First, the harrass you by calling repeatedly after you have told them not to. They leave threatening messages on your answering machine. They state they are going to sue you for fraud, etc. They can do nothing, as they are breaking the law. Contact either your State's Attorney Generals office or what I did my State's Department of Finance. These agencies are located in the capital city of your state. The Dept of Finance person I spoke to was very helpful, and told me what to ask these people when they call. I tried to ask someone from this bogus entity, and they just became irate; because they obviously could not provide answers, and they are not legal. Next, go down to the sherriff's office in your town and have a little chat. Prior to this I forgot to state you should record all your conversations with you have with these scumbags. Also log/save all calls left on your answering machine. I realize this takes time, some may not have. I did all by phone except going to the sherriff's office. I am in a small town, so easier for me, I know. As far as I am aware, they have ceased. You these A-holes after hours so you get THEIR answering machine. State you phone number only, NOT YOUR NAME. State they are required to cease, record you call doing this. Tell them why they must stop calling you; you will find out many, many reasons if you contact the agencies I stated above. Good luck to one and all. By the way, if you do owe a debt or not, it is besides the point. These people are in no way legit anything.
