I want to write them a physical letter stating that I know the tribal laws, since they do indeed state at the end "but only when the “non-Indians [are] on their reservations"

Anyways, just write to them and tell them that they should go and throw themselves under a bus because the only way they can impose tribal laws and get money out of you is if they can kidnap you and drag you into their tribal reservation land :cool:

what i would do is just send your own letter that the contract is invalid.burn the letter they sent and send the ashes back with your letter C.O.D.that is what iwould do.
