I am just curious to know if any of this c&D and stopping them and getting a PIF actually works? Anyone?? I am so friggin scared right now I don't know what to do :( I know if they start calling my work I will get reprimanded for that but I don't see them stopping

it sometimes does, the PIF def. does with illegal loans once the principal is paid. they know they're wrong. some companies do call, some do not. explain to them quite bodly they cannot call at work than hang up on them each time. explain to your boss that someone has your idenity and this is a fraud case. file a police report for harrassment if you have to for work (i had to). they really will understand.
