Hi my name is Stephanie I have a question regarding a loan I got couple months ago from plain green loans my loan was $1000
And I have paid $1,572.85 I think I have paid more than what I should I don’t know what to do because I stopped making payments I had to actually call my bank to stop them from taking more money from my account and they are threatening me that they will send it to collection what should I do because they are not licensed here in California and what they are doing is ilegal

And it's really like that when you dealing with finances, as you can see that too many credit and loan services are trying to scam you this way. And they will, if you won't be careful and not paying attention to the details. I mean, i hope you could still trust local services but i wouldn't go for online or any bigger credit organizations as they tend to work like loansharks.

This is the typical behavior of Plain Green. Let them send to collection. Nothing will happen. The loan is illegal. They can't do anything. On top of that, you have paid more than a principal. You deserve to get a refund. You should rather ask them to give you a refund instead of getting scared. They owe you $572.85 bucks.

You know what they are doing is illegal, then why are you so worried? My friend, illegal lenders can't take any legal action against you, it's a fact. Since you've paid more than what you owe as principal, do not pay a single penny more. Call your bank and revoke ACH at once.
