plain green loans illegal lender???

i have recently discovered that plain green loans is possibly an illegal lender since they dont operate under state license and regulations i have sent them a dispute and validation letter and the only thing i have accomplished is them fixing an amount that was reported to my transunion wrong an incorrect amount. they report monthly they have not place the debt as disputed and just keep saying they have verified the amounts i owe are correct and have not validated its valid or even legal. how do i get this off of my credit report ive managed to stop the calls and so called legal threats but they have continued to mark late payments on my report and its negativly effecting me
