Can Spot Loan or Plain Green loans garnish

My husband has two tribal loans. One is with Plain Green and the other is with Spot loan. Does anyone know if they can garnish wages without a judgment and if that is part of the loan agreement? I am trying to find the original documents and had my husband send an email. Thanks

In case of illegal loan, you just have to pay the principal amount. The lender can't come after you for the interest payments.

since they are tribal lenders, they can't take legal action against your husband. Just pay the principal amount that he owes. No need to pay the interest.

Thank you everyone for your help. We are going to send wage assignment letters just in case even though we did not see anything about it in the loan agreements.
