Plain green and great plains installment loans ??s

Hi. Thanks for so much info on this site. I am a bit confused, though. I live in Kansas and have several pdl's. I am current on all of them, but drowning. I have Plain Green and Great Plains. Are these illegal in Kansas? I read that if they are, I am only responsible for principal? If I could get the interest stopped, I could pay off quicker. I also have Cashnet Usa, SpeedyCash, Mobiloans, but I think these are all legal. Any help would be appreciated.

Plain Green, Great Plain and Mobiloans are illegal in your state
Plain Green, Great Plain and Mobiloans are illegal in your state. You'll have to pay back the principal amount only. Nothing else.
Cashnet USA and Speedy Cash are legal in your state. Try to work out a payment plan with them.
