Both are illegal. List the original amount you have borrowed and the amount you have paid back. You are only morally responsible for the original amount borrowed. On this site, click on link on how to deal with unlicensed lenders..follow every step

I got an email today from Mobiloans. It is "temporarily" ceasing to fund to loans in Pennsylvania. I have been having an email battle with them...and, thanks to what I have learned through this site, I am winning!

I got an email on Friday that states they are no longer making loans to my state. They didn't reference the state but I am in Mississippi. I called and the rep told me that they had computer problems! Anyway, today I sent them an ach revocation, told them I'd pay the principal only in 5 payments. Sent about 3 emails and a fax. Apparently, they got something because when I log in it says "Call Customer Service to make a payment." Not sure what they will come back with but I'm not paying a cent more than the principal and only on the terms I outlined. Looks like something is up with them because I've seen more than your post about them ceasing to loan.

I only called Friday regarding the email. Only asked why and then hung up. Don't intend on calling back. Will only respond to emails.

I am in Iowa, I borrowed 600 from mobilloans and 250 from clear loans. I have paid back 280 to mobiloans and 135 to clear solutions. I received an email from mobiloans that they are not lending to my state. Is there a way I can pay these back without all the fees? the clear loans has a finance charge of 1125.00.
