My patience is growing thin with Plain Green Loans. I have submitted my letter stating ACH revocation and asking for a refund for interest paid on previous loans to satisfy my outstanding loan with them. I would still be owed a balance of 900 even after satisfying the current loan. I see they have flagged my account as having an invalid bank account so they have honored my ACH revocation at least but I still not have received anything from them stating the current status of my loan being paid in full. My loan is current up until end of day tomorrow until they do not receive payment tomorrow as I have revoked their ACH abilities. What is the deal with them? Do they wait until you go past due to settle your account or to mark it paid in full. My other thought is to do an ACH reversal of a previous payment to get my 900 back as I am within my 60 day window. I live in Pennsylvania and here is my history with them:

Dear:

Your correspondence has been directed to me for review and I thank you for the opportunity to assist you at this time.

We understand that all situations are different and would like to offer you the opportunity to pay the remaining principal in the amount of $1,400.00. We are willing to accept 10 monthly payments in the amount of $140.00, beginning October 15, 2012 and monthly thereafter to settle your account. Payments on prior loans were paid according to the contracted rate and will not be applied to your current loan.

To further clarity your questions regarding the legality of this loan, Plain Green is organized under the laws of the Chippewa-Cree Tribe of the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation of Montana (“Chippewa-Cree”). Plain Green is owned by the Chippewa-Cree, and operates exclusively on land owned by the Chippewa-Cree. As such, Plain Green stands as an “Arm of the Tribe,” in the view of the United States state and federal courts. Therefore, loans made by an arm of a sovereign Indian nation are not subject to state law. This is NOT a payday loan.

This letter is written to help you understand that Plain Green and its loan contracts are governed exclusively by the laws of the Chippewa-Cree.

Pursuant to your request, we have removed your contact numbers from our system and we will make no further ACH debits from your account.

Please reply to this email if you would like to accept this settlement and set up payment arrangements

checked my account and it still shows as being open with a balance. They can't nab you for a bad check charge with the ACH Reversal can they? I keep pounding them on the email saying to close my account as we are even but they keep saying that previous fees paid on previous loans do not apply to the current loan which from what you guys say is a bunch of bull. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

an ACH debit is not a check.therefore any talk of a bad check is illegal.now since you owe nothing really.file an AG,and FTC complaint if you haven't already, and ignore them, and as waffles advised.c&d anybody who contacts you on it.do that and know this tribal piece of garbage can't do squat once you use the sticky in waffles, ohiogal's,and soaplady's signatures.
