I live in Ohio and I have a taken 2 payday loans out online with Plain Green Loans
1st loan was for 600, I made a payment of 108.79, another 108.79 payment and then a final payment of 580.39.

2nd loan was for 800, I haven't made a payment yet on this, and I am being told that I maybe able to get out of the loan because Plain Green Loans, don't have an Ohio license and also they don't have a location in Ohio, which the law in Ohio is:

SHORT-TERM LENDER LAW (2008) (PAYDAY LENDING LAW)
ORC 1321.35
LIMITS PAYDAY LOANS TO 28% ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE, PROHIBITS UNFAIR DEBT COLLECTION AND REQUIRES INTERNET LENDERS TO HAVE AN OHIO LOCATION.

Is there anyway I am able to get out of this 2nd loan with Plain Green.

Thanks for any help you can offer.
