Hi,
I just received an email from Plain Green that they accept my settlement offer of principal only and will consider the debt paid once the last payment is made. My question is can they still report the account as late or a settlement instead as PIF?
Thank You,
Heather

I sent PLain Green an email this morning with the cease and desist letter found on this site, with a little mention in it that I was advised to do so by my an attorney I talked to about debt consolidation and who informed me that it was an illegal loan. I included the cancellation of the ACH and wage assignment, as well as the blurb with the statute regarding tribal loans being inforceable only for those who are on tribal lands. Within 2 hours I received a reply informing me that they were sorry I was unhappy with my loan and it is now considered paid in full.
