Hello, I have loans with western sky/cash call and plain green loans. I was given a $1500 loan from western sky and $600 loan from plain green. Not knowing that pdl's were illegal/prohibited in my state at first I planed on following all obligations with these loans. Now knowing that they are illegal I have followed the steps posted by Ohiogal1 on dealing with these people. I have since received follow ups from cash call only. They called so I returned the call and spoke to some ignorant customer service rep who said they had accepted my terms and I would receive something in the mail and via email. All they told me was that the debt was valid and I needed to pay or they will report to the credit agencies and that state laws don't apply. I now realize the customer service rep simply meant that they accepted the fact that I was revoking ach withdrawals and nothing more. Since cash call is NOT accepting my terms should I contact them again and say I'm not paying? And what should I do about my credit report should they attempt to mess it up? Which I'm sure they will try.
I have not heard from Plain Green as of yet. Although they did say they received my email.
I live in Massachusetts. I borrowed from Western Sky Financial which is being handled by Cash Call. I also borrowed from Plain Green Loans. I borrowed $1500 from Western Sky of which only $1000 was deposited into my account and the other $500 was the origination fee. I borrowed $600 from Plain Green. I have paid $99.33 to Western Sky/Cash Call and $339.78 to Plain Green.
I offered both companies that I would pay back the amount that was deposited to my account in monthly installments of $25 on the 20th of every month beginning September 2012 up to January 2013 and I would pay the remaining balances due in February 2013 when I get my taxes. I have filed complaints with the Attorney Generals Office and the FTC. Again Cash Call does not seem to be accepting these terms and Plain Green has yet to respond.
Thanx to who responds.....

plain green is very cooperative and a very fair company, they will accept your offer. they just take a little over 2 weeks to answer.
