hello, i am new to this site.Im from Chicago. i currently have 3 payday installment loans out at 3 different storefronts. 1 at Check N Go for 2300. 1 at PLS for 1600 and the other at at Americash for 1100. Those figures are the principal amounts the juice is not included. The Check N Go payments are for 428 dollars every two weeks for 5 months. The PLS payments are for 300 dollars every two weeks for 5 months and the Americash takes 80 dollars a week electronically debited from my bank account. That loan is for 2 years. I know.... i never should have gotten that one. I currently pay 1200 a month in child support and have some other miscellaneous bills as well. I have yet to default on any of them but it is soon coming to that as i will not be able to pay on at least one of the big loans. I can try to work a deal out with them and see but 2 of the 3 seem unable to work with me. i really dont want to go to a debt settlement or management cause im afraidof all the scam companies out there and i figure i could do what they do myself and its never a guarentee that the loan places will work with them. ive already called a couple of consolidation places in my area and they both said the same thing... "ewwwww we dont deal with payday loan companies". I cannot get a big loan from a bank or anything like that as my credit is shot. Any advice you can give me would be much appreciated as im approaching crisis stage with these loans. What should i do??

If the pyaday loans are legal in Chicago, then I would suggest you settle your debts yourself. You are right. This way you won't have to pay the fees charged by the debt relief companies. You can take a look at the following page to know how you can settle payday loan debts yourself:

the two store fronmt places are legal in illinois; but they have to work with you to set up payment arrangements according to illinois law.. call the corporate office and tell them that you want to work out payment arrangements that will stop the additional fees and such...

I would consider getting a prepaid debit card that you use to pay them and close your bank account and start a new one. that is what i had to do
