FYI -

PNC Bank will reopen your closed account with an ACH debit.

You need to have a freeze put on all ACH debits OR give them the names of the payday companies and they will filter it that way. I chose to put a freeze on all ACH debits.

DO NOT close your PNC account.

Ojk - I went back into the bank to speak to someone high up...

you can close your PNC account, however, it takes 24 hours to make sure no ACH debits go through for the account to be marked CLOSED FOR GOOD....nothing can reopen it then....

My next payday loans are due on 4/25 so I am good... you need to close your account well ahead of your due dates.

PNC did nothing to help me...In fact, the same person gave me 5 different reasons as to why they couldn't remove my husband who was stealing from my account off of it...first we had to get divorced, then we i had to have a death certificate, then he had to sign a paper which big surprise he went to sign and they told him there was no such paper....Still owe them 1600 from where they let him do that...They will get paid when they get paid. They wouldnt take him off the account but they arent asking him to pay them back...
