They are popping up on every corner in my town. I can't even count the number of pdl stores that we have and we live in a fairly small town. On one of our main roads, there are 5 within less than a mile of one another. They need to rename the road "road to hell" and put a sign that says PLEASE TAKE ANOTHER ROAD at both ends!

That's how it was here too . . . . But thankfully since the nwe law in Oregon passed, a whole lot of them are closing up! And no new ones are opening. Of the 3 I had loans with, 2 are now out of business, and the other one is making most of it's money now cashing checks and selling prepaid debit cards.
