call from 877-601-9194

Has anyone received a call from # 877-601-9194. They state its regarding a payday loan that is in default and they are preparring to submitt my case to Los Angeles county. I do have a few payday loans that are illegal and I just recently defaulted and will be sending cease and desist letters. They didn't even mention which payday loan it was....should i be worried and call back?

report them to your AG as this is EBSS and ASSOC.a complete bottomfeeder.they are not submitting a thing.the call was to get you on the phone to try and harrass and threaten.file the complaint and ignore them.
