I got a call from a Kimberly Hart from 1-855-236-0369 so I called the person back. She told me my case was flagged and could not give me information. She said there were 2 cases against me-with BIG SKY CASH, one for not paying the loan and the other for a bad check ie wire fraud. I tried to inform her that not paying a loan is not a criminal case.I asked for there email address or fax number and she would not give it to me. She told me I could tell the judge because in 2 days I will be getting served and go to jail. I called Big sky, to get to the bottom of this, and they gave me how much I owed on this payday loan and told me that NDA was the collecter on this, so maybe they sold the loan. I dont know. Anyway I need some info on the arbitration services like an email or fax so I can report them and send them the rules for the payday loans. I will pay the origional balance but thats it. Please assist as to what to do next.

first big sky is tribal and illegal.the humanoid who called needs to be reported asap.first to your local police as threatening arrest is against the law.then report both big sky,and this bottomfeeder to your AG,and the FTC.then ignore future calls as again big sky is illegal and you don't owe near what they claim as anything debited gets deducted from the principle.which is all you owe so report and ignore.
