I have a pdl with pride in texas , located in euless tx. It is an office that requires you to sign for land and sign over all claims you have on the property that they show you a picture and the location of -i borrowed 400 from them and have paid more than I owe -they do not have where the payments made bring the pricipal down,what should I do-I also have payday loan yes who will not give me their mailing address to pay them-I email them and they answered and said they only except credit card or banking info.Last I have internet pdl cash central-I plan on paying them i borrowed1500 from them-help please.

I don't understand your loan with "Pride", it sounds like some type of installment loan where you used collateral to obtain it. In that case, the payday loan laws would not apply to them and you need to refer to your contract to find out what the interest rate and fees are attached to it.

Paydayloanyes is not legal in ANY state. You can't negotiate with an illegal lender, if they refuse to take payments via the mail, then it's their loss, not yours. I wouldn't waste my time chasing them around, just tell them no address means no payments, if they still refuse to provide you with a valid address then move on and forget about it, they can't sue you, and if they decide to turn it over to a collection agency, they can't sue you either, plus there are laws in place to protect you from this type of situation, just educate yourself on the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act).
