Ok, so I have $150 to pay on my principal payment arrangement to WWC, and I let them take it out of my bank account. Ok, so my last payment cleared as promised on 6/15, for just the $50. That was fine. But on 6/29 no pending payment then and I check today, no pending payment today either...wow. They've always taken out their money right on the dot. I filed with the DFI, the BBB and the FTC 2 weeks, ago, I refiled with the BBB last night, and the AG's letter was received last week. So is it possible in the interim since 6/15/07, that something happened that I may not be in the loop about now?? Do you think they are going to send me something and them me that my last loan is pif and they are sending a refund?? Would be nice...they owe me about $500.

Fedup, what was the outcome after you filed with the AG? How long did I take for you to get a respond from them after you filed with the AG? I am just really anxious about getting some refunds soon because my fiance just lost his job last week, so I'm really nervous about making ends meet...especially since he went without a job earlier this year. :(

Well, I checked my account today and still nothing. I am tempted to call their customer service line and ask if my account has been closed. That would be awesome if it were...more extra cash for me than I expected at the end of this week and next month. :) Should I call? I am partly afraid I may be opening up a can of worms if I do, though.
