PAyday loan HELP

I got called from 619-342-0094 and a very foreign man daid I am being downloaned in 3 hours for a Payday loan from PRL. I paid the 300.00 loan back many times over 13 months. I live in Indiana and they are illegal here. Now they say they are with some bank. I sent all the proper letters and closed my bank account back in May. Are they legal?

that is US NATIONAL BANK.they are a total scam.they bought a bunch of info from pdl's then threaten you to get money over the phone.they are actually in INDIA.they use a signal that makes it look like it comes from this country,but nothing could be further from the truth.hang up if these thick accented doofuses call again.do not even say a word,just hang up.that is all they deserve.
