Need info on PRLDirect

Hi,
I am trying to get info on PRLDirect. They are connected with Sonic Payday and Cash Transfer Centers. They are supposedly part of Northland Financial Group located in Malta. I have been paying them religiously each month for the last 6 years or so, and finally got to a point that I couldn't do it anymore because they are just sucking me dry with fees, and they do not allow any kind of payment plan or anything. To make a long story short, I did allow the payment to default so that I could work with the collection agency to pay it off in payments. I also faxed in a letter to the company revoking any wage assignment (which I stated was illegal in Texas), and stating that they do not attempt to debit anything else from my account, or attempt to contact my employer or anyone else besides me regarding this debt. The representative told me that the defaulted balance would go to Valentine and Kebartas Collection agency, and at this point I am just waiting for them to contact me. Could you please check out PRLDirect, Sonic Payday, etc and see if they are licensed to do business in TX - I forgot to mention that they are an online pdl company. Please inform and advise. they are illegal in every sense of the word.you have been paying for six years prior to collections?i would not pay these cretins another dime.they are located out of the country and can't do anything but call.any CA will be a bottomfeeder too.you have given this illegal garbage pdl enough money.
