I have three different pay day loans in Pennsylvania.

White Hills Cash
Payday Mobility
Blue Star Results

Are any of these legal in my state or should I follow your process for getting rid of them. I have paid them each about 70 to 90 dollars for about two months straight every two weeks but I was under the impression that was a fee and not actually paid on the principal. Is there something that can be done? Please help!

Payday loans are illegal in PA. You are only morally obligated to pay the original principal amount borrowed, no more no less. On this site, click on forums, then click on payday loan help, then click on sticky on how to deal with illegal lenders. Follow every step, do not skip. This will start the process of getting out of the payday loan trap.

Payday lending is prohibited in PA. All lenders are illegal. You owe nothing more than the principal. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Ask them for a refund, if you have paid them more than principal.
