mailing address

A lot of them don't have mailing addresses or the mailing address they give is for something that is not them. For example one offshore PDL company gives the address of a dry cleaner's in NY.

Then I guess I'll just have to answer the phone 1 time and ask for a mailing address and if they don't have one then they won't get anymore money from me. I've already closed the checking account.

That's the way to do it. Be clear - either accept my mailed in payment or drop dead.

I know that they can not pursue criminall action but what is the likelihood of cival action? I also need to deal with Cashcall. I read your previous posts and will give that a try too.

Illegal lenders cannot pursue any action. I assumed that you knew your lenders were illegal already. If you are in a no PDL state then they are all illegal.

I live in a state that allows pdl's but max outstanding is 2 and max combined total is 500.00, so they all did it illegally. I just wish I had done my research months ago instead of trying to deal with this by myself and getting into further debt. Waffles, what style of letter do you recommend for dealing with CashCall?

Cashcall is hard to deal with... what are the details? WHich loan do you have? How much did you pay? Western sky originator?

It did originate from western sky and it was for 10,000. I have pd 1130.00 right now. It is just an unsecured loan. The last time I looked the balance was 10319.51
