I had MS Solution call me, my work, my inlaws, etc. They said they are processors for Seaside Payday.

I took a loan out almost 1.5 years ago from Seaside. I believe I paid the total back, but cannot get anyone to respond to me for verification on that.

Is this something I should be worried about? It is making me really upset that they continually call and say they are sending a processor out ASAP.

Seaside isn't a legal place, and I believe that I paid the loan amount back, but cannot get anyone at Seaside to respond to me in regards to my request of payment history.

I am thinking that the State of Ohio processors wouldn't call and say they were going to show up at my work if they were legit?

report them to your local police, and the FTC.also check your AG'S website as some AG'S will lt you file complaints with just the name of said bottomfeeder, and their number.tell your family to ignore the calls as a scam, and when they call work again hang up without a word.nobody is obligated in the least to talk to humanoid scamming losers like this.bottomline it is a bottomfeeding slime that needs to be reported not talked to or paid.

They just called again and said that they have no choice but to serve me at work since I haven't worked anything out with them. They also said that if I would call in and get the home address corrected on my file, they could serve me there.
So, I called to make arrangements. I told them that I wasn't confortable giving them info for my checking account, and they said that they understood that. They don't have a website or a payment address (because thhey are a small, private firm). How is that even possible???? They told me to get a pre-paid card and call them back with the # on it.

They really sound legit and are extremely scary....
