Problems with cancelling progressive

I had a rep from progressive e-mail me again about why I was cancelling. I swear it just rubbed me the wrong way. She wanted to know how I Was going to settle my debts. I e-mailed her back and said that I was exercising my right to cancel as per the contract I signed, that I was aware of all causes, and please mail me a refund.

if they dont cancell it soon just call them. it takes 2 minutes.
