Does anyone know if Progressive Finance is legal in Ohio? They state they are a PDL Company...but they structured the payments so that part of each payment goes toward the payoff. So I borrowed $400 and my payment was $120 each month because I get paid monthly. I haven't made any payments however.

they have a F rating in bbb also they are not accredited with bb

After passing your email up to the right people, we noticed that you did apply from Ohio. Although we are not a "Payday Loan" company, we still should not have given you the loan because you are not in our listed states. Even thought those states are listed on our page for some reason it still let you through our system. We are looking in to getting that fixed now. Should I get something in writing that the account is paid in full...or would this email be enough?
